Who controls your information

SJLIP & FARIGHT is responsible for the personal information processed through this website and partner portal. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information we process

We may process your name, contact details, country, date of birth, eligibility information, enquiry messages, account access records, IP address, investment positions, assignment information, transactions, and account communications.

Why we process it

We use this information to assess partner eligibility, respond to enquiries, administer partner accounts, maintain investment and transaction records, secure the service, meet contractual and legal duties, and send essential account communications. Marketing messages require a separate lawful basis and are not implied by submitting an enquiry.

Sharing and international transfers

Information is shared only with authorised personnel and service providers needed to operate, secure, host, back up, or communicate through the service, and with regulators or authorities where legally required. Any cross-border transfer must use safeguards required by the applicable law.

Retention

Records are kept only as long as needed for their stated purpose and any applicable financial, regulatory, dispute, or legal-retention requirement. Closed enquiries are scheduled for deletion after two years unless a longer period is required. Security IP data is scheduled for anonymisation after 90 days. Financial, audit, and account records follow the organisation’s approved statutory retention schedule.

Security

We use access controls, hashed passwords and access tokens, encrypted HTTPS transport, activity logging, least-privilege administration, protected backups, and monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion of eligible personal information, and may complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Some financial or compliance records cannot be deleted before a mandatory retention period ends.
